Creating an account

You can request access to your Protek-IT Self-Service Portal, where you’ll have access to:

  • Open tickets
  • Ticket creation form
  • All itemized invoices
  • and more

If you are an existing Protek-IT client and your Microsoft environment is managed by us, you can log in using Single Sign-On at https://helpdesk.teamprotek-it.com/.

If you don’t use Microsoft or your Microsoft environment is not managed by us, we will create a new user for you. Please reach out to us by emailing service@youneedapro.com or call 773-907-0600 and ask for Self-Service Portal access.

A PRO will create your account and send you an email to get you set up.
