Our Team

Born and raised in Illinois, I started working at a very young age and wearing many hats. From the physical demand of climbing radio towers to the grueling hours of Professional IT and nearly everything in between. Each experience has allowed me to push the boundaries of who I am and what I am capable of.

In my free time I love to spend my time traveling, making music, and building guitars.

Daniel Collett

Team Lead & IT Systems Engineer

Orignially from Milwaukee, WI, I moved to Chicago in 2012 and have been working in IT for over a decade.

I like to travel, garden, and learn about community development. I run marathons, and dream to one day complete all six World Marathon Majors courses.

Nick Plagman-Frank

Account Management & Business Development

Born and raised in Estonia, I moved to Chicago in 2017.

Everyone who knows me also knows everything about my senior kitty whom I brought with me from Europe. I love playing PC games, reading about mythology and testing my creativity (and skills...) with web design.

Laura Sermus

Web Services Specialist

I moved to Chicago in 2016 from a small town in Michigan to experience the fast-paced world of city life.

When I’m not saving the city from certain technological doom, you'll find me on a film set or at home creating videos, playing video games and watching YouTube.

Casey Brockway

Help Desk & On-Site Support Specialist

I was born in Romania and moved to the US in the search of the American Dream. I like going to the botanical garden to unwind, camping and roller-skating.

As a kid, my biggest dream was to have so many CDs that I would run out of places to put them. Now, I’ve upgraded my dreams to be the best IT professional that I can be.

Sorin Nedelcea

IT Support Specialist

I’ve moved around most of my life, and set up shop in Chicago in 2021. I’m probably most attached to my time in the Pacific Northwest.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy attending Ballet, playing board games and strategy games, and spending time with my partner and three cats.

Andrew Young

IT Support Specialist

I was born and raised in Romania and in 2002 I gave up my French school plans for a fresh start in the US.

After many unsuccessful attempts to join a company as a computer technician, I learned web design and SEO and started to do home visits, helping people with their computer issues — that’s how PRO got started.

Florian Militaru

President & IT Consultant

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh before moving to Chicago 12 years ago.

If I'm not out bicycling, I like to watch hockey (go Penguins!), dive deep into the New York Times crossword puzzle archive, or play tennis with my wife.

Andrew Flechtner

IT Support Specialist

I moved to the US in 2010 from Italy. I quickly became passionate about technology and everything it had to offer.

When I’m not working, I’m either riding my motorcycle or spending time with my wife and daughter.

Cosmin Stoleru

Wiring Tech

I am originally from Bulgaria and moved to the United States in 1996. Here, I've lived in New York, Pennsylvania and California.

I moved to Georgia in 1999. I love the south, the heath, the humidity, the trees, the sound of cicadas in the summer. I've been working in IT my whole life, and specialize in remote management and monitoring.

In my free time I try to keep my 4 year old son out of trouble, I also like working on DIY projects around the house.

Greg Barsky

Systems Administrator

Originally from Ukraine, I moved to the United States in 2022 and have been enjoying every bit of it since. Some of my hobbies include pole dancing, making candles and pottery, and taking care of plants. I enjoy creating beautiful things, and I find that it helps me to clear my mind and stay focused.

Back in Ukraine, I started a small library with a collection of books that I am very proud of. My dream is to bring this library to the United States one day and share my love of Ukrainian literature with others.
