Creating a Help Desk ticket

PRO has three options for PRO Care clients to create a ticket and enjoy fast IT Help Desk Support.

  1. Call our Help Desk line
    Call 312-800-2858 to speak to a PRO directly. We will ask some basic info on your issue and start troubleshooting immediately. If you call after business hours, you can leave a voicemail that we will turn into a support ticket and start working on it early next business day.

  2. Email us
    Email us at help@youneedapro.com to automatically create a support ticket. Our techs will start working on your issue immediately during business hours, or early next business day if the email is sent after business hours.

  3. Use the computer app
    Right-click on the blue ‘P’ icon on your computer taskbar to create a ticket or connect to a PRO.
