Creating a Help Desk ticket

Protek-IT has three convenient options for PRO Care clients to create a ticket and enjoy fast IT Help Desk Support.

  1. Call our Help Desk line
    Call 312-800-2858 to speak to a PRO directly. We will ask some basic info on your issue and create a ticket on your behalf. If you call after business hours, you can leave a voicemail that we will turn into a support ticket and start working on it early next business day.

  2. Email us
    Email us at to automatically create a support ticket. Our techs will start working on your issue ASAP during business hours, or early next business day if the email is sent after business hours.

  3. Submit a ticket from the website
    Use the link in our website header to fill in some info on your issue and a ticket will be automatically created for you. A tech will reach out to you after looking into your problem description.
